What should I bring?

Wear weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and bug spray—especially for evening outings. A strap helps keep your camera or phone secure.

Complimentary water is provided. You're welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks, including alcohol; just enjoy responsibly. Ear protection is provided for airboat guests.

Children and accessibility

Tell us your children’s ages and any mobility or accessibility needs before booking so we can discuss seating and the right experience for your group.

Payment and cancellation

Bookings are subject to availability. Payment is due in full at booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable; any refund is at our discretion.

What if the weather changes?

Tours run rain or shine. Lightning or unsafe weather may require rescheduling or a refund. Weather cancellations receive a full refund.
