Content creation requests are quoted according to the planned service. A collaboration request does not automatically include a complimentary tour. Discuss terms before making travel or production commitments.

Dedicated production support

For commercial shoots or dedicated boat hire, see our film and product production services. The confirmed boat-hire rate is $300 per hour per boat, including a dedicated USCG-licensed captain and fuel. Confirm crew capacity, equipment arrangements, access requirements, and any additional costs for your specific plan.

Creator questions

Is a creator collaboration free?

Not automatically. Content trips are quoted based on the experience and time you need, and a collaboration request doesn't include a free tour. Send your channel, audience size and creative brief, and we'll discuss terms before you book travel. Past collaborations include Reservations Confirmed, Coltyy and NatureJab.

Which Everglades experiences work best on camera?

It depends on your story. Sunset tours give you big skies and golden light. Frog gigging and invasive species roundups bring action and animals. Big Cypress buggy tours add a different landscape. Wildlife never follows a script, so plan your story around the real experience rather than one guaranteed shot.

Should we book a standard tour or production boat hire?

Book a standard private tour if you're filming your own experience as guests. Choose production boat hire, at $300 per hour per boat with captain and fuel and no minimum booking, if you need the boat to work for the shoot: repeated runs, set positions or a camera boat. See production boat hire →

Can we plan the shoot around golden hour?

Yes. Tours can start at any time, so we'll time yours to the light you want. For sunrise, we recommend starting 30 minutes before sunrise. Sunset times shift with the season, and you can start before, during or after sunset and keep filming into the night. Build in a backup day, because clouds and weather change the look.
