South Beach hotel pickup

Private transportation is $400 round trip for up to 13 guests, with a minimum of 4 guests and a tour of at least 1.5 hours. Confirm your exact pickup address, luggage needs, pickup time, and return arrangements with us. Transportation capacity does not determine boat capacity; tell us your full group size so we can confirm the right setup.

A minimum-length daytime tour for four paying guests starts at $470: $350 for the first two plus $120 for two additional guests. With the separate $400 transportation charge, that example starts at $870. Your final quote depends on your selected experience and group.

How long is the drive from South Beach to the Everglades?

About 35–55 minutes, based on a Google Maps check from South Beach for a 9am departure. You'll usually cross a causeway toward downtown Miami, then head west on SR-836 and the Tamiami Trail. Your hotel's exact spot, the route and traffic all change the time, and rush hour can make it longer, so check your map app on the day.

Can you pick us up at our South Beach hotel?

Yes, for groups of four or more on a tour of 1.5 hours or longer, at $400 round trip for up to 13 guests. Send your hotel name and street address, not just "South Beach," because hotels here stretch for miles and a few blocks changes the pickup time. Drop-off can be somewhere different, such as a restaurant or the airport.

Can we do an airboat tour and still have a beach day?

Yes. Tours can start at any time, so a morning daytime tour of 1 to 2 hours has you back on South Beach by early afternoon, with the rest of the day free for the sand. For example, a 1.5-hour tour plus about 35–55 minutes of driving each way takes roughly three and a half hours door to door.

What time would we get back from a sunset tour?

It depends on your date, because sunset times shift with the season. Choose a start before, during or after sunset, add your tour length of 1.5, 2 or 3 hours, then about 35–55 minutes for the drive back. The 3-hour tour runs into the night, so book dinner before the tour or plan a late one.
