Agency boat hire questions

What kind of government work can you support?

We provide boats with dedicated USCG-licensed captains for state and government assignments in the Everglades, by arrangement. Send your agency name, the purpose of the work, the operating area, dates, hours and personnel count, and we'll tell you quickly whether we can support it and how many boats you'll need.

What does agency boat hire cost?

$300 per hour per boat, including a dedicated USCG-licensed captain and fuel, with no minimum booking. One boat for four hours is $1,200, and extra boats are billed for their own hours. Multiple boats and multiple days can be arranged; send your schedule and we'll prepare a quote.

Can you meet procurement and insurance requirements?

Yes. We can provide any documentation your agency needs, including insurance certificates, a W-9 and vendor registration paperwork. List your procurement rules and insurance limits in your first message, and we'll send everything before the work is scheduled, so your contracting office isn't waiting on us once your dates are close.

Can you support urgent, short-notice assignments?

Sometimes, but we can't guarantee it. Our boats and captains may already be booked on tours. Call (305) 766-1929 with the scope, location and timing as soon as you know about the assignment, and we'll tell you right away which boats and captains are available and how soon we can be on the water.
