A private Everglades outing gives colleagues time together outside the office. Explore the landscape with a captain, share wildlife sightings, and build a company day around an outdoor experience. We welcome corporate groups and can discuss an itinerary that fits your headcount and schedule.

If you are planning a team-building event, tell us your goals. Our offer is a guided outdoor tour; facilitated workshops, meeting rooms, and structured team-building exercises are not part of the standard tour package.

Choose an experience for your company

Compare private daytime airboat tours, sunset outings, and seasonal Big Cypress buggy tours. For photography or a longer visit, ask about a full-day private airboat experience.

Standard daytime airboat tours start at $250 for two guests for one hour. Corporate groups receive a quote based on the experience, duration, guest count, and required arrangements. Confirm capacity with us before inviting additional attendees.

Transportation for your team

Private transportation is $400 round trip for up to 13 guests, with a minimum of 4 guests and a tour of at least 1.5 hours. Confirm your exact pickup address, luggage needs, pickup time, and return arrangements with us. Transportation capacity does not determine boat capacity; tell us your full group size so we can confirm the right setup.

Corporate outing questions

Can a tour fit around a Miami conference?

Yes. Tours can start at any time, so send us the conference venue and the window your team has free, and we'll suggest a tour length and pickup time that fit. A 1.5-hour tour with private transport often fits in a half-day break. If people are flying out that day, include the earliest flight time so no one gets squeezed.

Is this a team-building program?

It's a guided outdoor tour, not a facilitated workshop. There are no meeting rooms or structured exercises. Your team shares a private boat and a local captain, and that shared adventure is the point. If you're running your own team activity, tell us so we can plan the timing around it.

What if our group is larger than 7?

Call (305) 766-1929 and we'll plan it with you. The booking system lets you add more boats, and most of our boats hold 6–7 guests on purpose, so larger teams ride on several at once.
