AIRBOAT ADVENTURES EVERGLADES
Full-Day Private Everglades Airboat Tours
A full-day private airboat tour gives your group its own airboat and captain for a custom day in the Everglades, built around wildlife, photography, birdwatching, filming or a celebration. Full-day adventures start at $1,800, and we confirm your itinerary, exact duration and final quote before you book. Your captain comes from our team of USCG-licensed, CPR and first-aid certified local captains, led by owner Captain Greg Mislow, and most of our boats seat 6–7 guests.
Plan a full-day private Everglades airboat tour near Miami with more time for wildlife viewing, photography and the places that interest your group. Adventures start at $1,800; we confirm your itinerary, exact duration and final quote before booking.

Plan an outing focused on photography, birdwatching, filming, or a special celebration. Tell us what you have in mind so we can discuss a practical itinerary and the time you’ll need.
We welcome inquiries about birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette outings, family gatherings, and group events. Availability and arrangements depend on your group and requested activities.
Who a full-day private tour is for
- Photographers: time to wait for the light, return to a promising spot and shoot from a boat that isn’t on a tight schedule.
- Birders: a slower pace through open sawgrass and along the edges where wading birds feed, with binoculars ready.
- Filming and creators: room for setups, retakes and B-roll. Tell us about your crew and gear when you ask for a quote.
- Celebrations: proposals, anniversaries, milestone birthdays and bachelor or bachelorette groups that want the whole day on the water. See private celebration tours.
Outside the national park, closer to the wildlife
We operate outside Everglades National Park, along the Tamiami Trail. Owner Captain Greg Mislow runs it that way because it’s better for guests: outside the park, our captains can legally bring you closer to alligators, birds and other wildlife than park rules allow. That matters most on a long day, when you have time to ease in quietly and let animals settle.
Close doesn’t mean careless. Our captains never feed, touch or chase wildlife (feeding wild alligators is illegal in Florida), and they back off if an animal looks disturbed. Wildlife moves freely, so specific sightings can’t be guaranteed.
Sample full-day itinerary
This is an example only. Your captain customizes the start time, order, pace and stops around your group, the weather and water levels. We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the day can start at sunrise or run into sunset.
- Meet at the dock: arrive at 5334 FL-90, Miami, get your ear protection and safety briefing, and talk through your priorities with your captain.
- First run in the soft morning light: open sawgrass, wading birds and alligators along the edges, with pauses for photos and viewing.
- Focused time on your goal: a photography subject, a birding area, a filming setup or a quiet spot for a celebration.
- Midday break: rest, stretch and eat. Bring your own food and drinks, or ask us when you book about food for the day.
- Afternoon exploring: new areas or a return to the morning’s best spots as the light and wildlife change.
- Optional golden-hour finish: stay out for sunset, when the sky colors up and birds head to roost.

Full-day tour questions
Does the full-day tour include lunch?
Ask us when you book. Many groups bring their own food and snacks, which is always welcome, and we'll confirm exactly what's included in your quote before you pay. Complimentary water and ear protection are provided on our tours.
Can we bring our own drinks, including alcohol?
Yes. Bring your own drinks and snacks, including alcohol if you like, and please drink responsibly. Pack everything in a small cooler or bag that's easy to stow, and follow your captain's safety instructions at all times.
How long is a full-day airboat tour, and how much does it cost?
Full-day adventures start at $1,800. We build the day around your group and confirm the exact duration, itinerary and final quote before you book. If you'd rather have a shorter outing, our private daytime tours run 1 to 2.5 hours from $250 for the first 2 guests. Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour for a full refund.
Is a full day OK for pregnant guests, seniors or anyone with limited mobility?
Yes. Everyone is welcome, and we make sure we can accommodate your group. Tell us ahead so we can plan the boat and the pace, including extra breaks and an easier boarding plan if you need one.
Do you take full-day tours inside Everglades National Park?
No. We operate outside Everglades National Park, along the Tamiami Trail. Owner Captain Greg Mislow chose that on purpose because it's better for guests: outside the park, our captains can legally bring you closer to the wildlife than park rules allow. We still never feed, touch or chase animals.
Can you pick us up for a full-day tour?
Yes. Private round-trip van transportation is $400 for up to 13 guests, with a minimum of 4 guests and a tour of at least 1.5 hours. Pickup and drop-off can be different places, such as your hotel and the airport. We confirm the pickup time when you book.
