AIRBOAT ADVENTURES EVERGLADES
Private Celebration Airboat Tours in the Everglades
A private celebration airboat tour reserves an airboat and captain for just your group, so you can mark a proposal, anniversary, adult birthday or bachelorette party in the Everglades at the time you choose. Daytime tours start at $250 and sunset or night tours start at $450 for the first 2 guests, and you’re welcome to bring your own drinks and decorations.
Tell us what you’re celebrating and we’ll help you plan the time, the length of the tour and the moment that matters. Every tour is private, and your captain comes from our team of USCG-licensed, CPR and first-aid certified local captains, led by owner Captain Greg Mislow.
Plan your celebration
Private tours from $250. Call to talk through your date, group size and the moment you have in mind.
Call 305-766-1929Celebrations we plan
- Proposals: a private boat, a quiet spot and a captain who knows the plan.
- Anniversaries and couples’ trips: a sunset or sunrise ride for two, or a longer day on the water.
- Adult milestone birthdays: a 30th, 40th or 60th with your friends on one or more boats.
- Bachelorette and bachelor parties: see our bachelor and bachelorette party tours for party-specific details.
How a proposal tour works
- You pick the time. We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sunset is the most popular choice, and sunrise is quieter. Sunset, sunrise and night tours have a 1.5-hour minimum.
- Tell us the plan when you book. If it’s a surprise, call us privately at (305) 766-1929 so the details stay between you and the captain.
- Your captain helps with the moment. They can pause the boat at a quiet spot when the light is right and help with photos or video on your phone if you’d like.
- Keep the ring safe. Airboats are windy, so keep it zipped in a pocket or box until the boat has stopped.
For the best light, compare our private sunset and sunrise airboat tours.
Bring your own drinks, snacks and decorations
Bring your own drinks and snacks, including champagne or other alcohol, and please drink responsibly. A small cooler or bag that’s easy to stow works best.
Small decorations are welcome within safety limits. Airboats create a strong wind, so skip confetti, loose balloons, glitter and anything that could blow into the water, and leave candles and open flames at home. Your captain has the final say on safety.
Group size and multiple boats
Most of our boats seat 6–7 guests. That size keeps the real airboat experience, and larger groups ride on more than one boat so everyone goes out together. Tell us your full headcount when you book so we can plan the boats.
Need a ride? Private round-trip van transportation is $400 for up to 13 guests, with a minimum of 4 guests and a tour of at least 1.5 hours. Pickup and drop-off can be different places, such as your hotel and your dinner reservation. See pickup details.
What a celebration tour costs
Celebration tours use our regular private prices, for the first 2 guests:

- Sunset, sunrise and night: $450 for 1.5 hours, $550 for 2 hours or $750 for 3 hours.
- Full day: from $1,800, quoted for your plan. See full-day private airboat tours.
Each additional guest is $60. Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. See all tours and prices.
Everyone is welcome
Celebrating with someone who is pregnant, uses a wheelchair or has limited mobility? Everyone is welcome, and we make sure we can accommodate your group. Tell us ahead so we can plan the boat and the pace.
Outside the park, closer to the wildlife
We operate outside Everglades National Park, along the Tamiami Trail. Owner Captain Greg Mislow chose that because it’s better for guests: outside the park, our captains can legally bring you closer to the wildlife than park rules allow, which makes for unforgettable celebration photos. We never feed, touch or chase animals, and specific sightings can’t be guaranteed.
Celebration tour questions
What's the best time for a proposal on an airboat?
You pick the time, because we're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sunset is the most popular choice for golden light and colorful skies, and sunrise is a quieter alternative. Sunset, sunrise and night tours have a 1.5-hour minimum and start at $450 for the first 2 guests.
Will the captain help with the proposal?
Yes. Tell us your plan when you book, privately if it's a surprise. Your captain can pause the boat at a quiet spot at the right moment and help with photos or video on your phone if you'd like. Keep the ring zipped in a pocket or box until the boat stops.

Yes. Bring your own drinks and snacks, including champagne or other alcohol, and please drink responsibly. Pack everything in a small cooler or bag that's easy to stow, and follow your captain's safety instructions.
Can we decorate the boat?
Small decorations are welcome within safety limits. Airboats create a strong wind, so skip confetti, loose balloons, glitter and anything that could blow into the water, and don't bring candles or open flames. Your captain has the final say on what's safe.

Most of our boats seat 6–7 guests, and larger groups ride on more than one boat so everyone can go out together. Private round-trip van transportation is $400 for up to 13 guests, with a 4-guest minimum and a tour of at least 1.5 hours.
