Miami International Airport (MIA) pickups

Flying into Miami and planning an Everglades airboat tour? Send your flight date, arrival time, party size, and luggage needs when requesting transportation. We will confirm the pickup plan and an appropriate tour departure. The airboat tour departs from our Miami-area meeting point, not from the airport.

Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) pickups

FLL airport pickups can be discussed with your tour reservation. Include flight details and any onward travel deadline. Travel time depends on traffic and your itinerary, so confirm the schedule before committing to a tour around a flight.

Hotel pickup from South Beach and Fort Lauderdale

Planning our airboat tour before or after a Miami cruise

Share your cruise date, terminal, group size, luggage needs and travel deadlines with Airboat Adventures Everglades before paying. A tour reservation alone does not include a cruise transfer or a guaranteed return-to-ship service. Confirm transportation separately with our team.

Before boarding your cruise

Work backward from the cruise line’s required check-in time, not just the ship’s departure. Allow for the tour, arrival 15 minutes early at our meeting point, road travel, traffic, luggage handling and terminal check-in. An available tour start time does not confirm that the complete itinerary fits your cruise schedule. If time is tight, consider a different day.

After disembarkation

Ship arrival is not necessarily the time you can leave the terminal. Allow for getting off the ship, collecting bags and meeting your driver. Tell us about any same-day flight and final drop-off address so we can discuss a suitable departure before you book.

Confirm bags and pickup details

Send the number and approximate size of your bags, your exact pickup location, children’s ages and any boarding or mobility questions. Do not assume storage at the meeting point or room for suitcases on the airboat. Keep essential travel documents secure and accessible.

Tour and transportation pricing

Transportation costs $400 separately from the tour for up to 13 guests, with a four-person minimum and a minimum 1.5-hour tour. A 1.5-hour daytime tour starts at $350 for the first two guests, plus $60 per additional guest. For four paying guests, that example starts at $470 for the tour and $400 for transportation, totaling $870. Other tours have different rates.

Airport and hotel pickup questions

Can I book an airboat tour during a layover?

Call with your flight times before booking. We need to discuss road travel, the tour duration, and your airport return requirements; a layover tour is not automatically feasible.

Does the transportation price include the tour?

No. The $400 transportation charge is separate from your selected tour.

Does this transfer go to every Everglades National Park entrance?

This service is arranged around our booked experiences. For an airboat tour, confirm travel to 5334 FL-90, Miami, FL 33185. Do not assume the booking includes transport to a different park entrance or visitor center.

Can I drive instead?

Yes. Use the directions above and confirm your meeting instructions. Specialty trips may depart elsewhere.
