Full payment is required to book. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless we agree to an exception. If we cancel for unsafe weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Got to see gators, and be out with nature! He was super educational and comfortable to be around. Would hundred percent book again for a longer tour. Shame we only did 2hrs, super worth it.
